1. Nature of Services and Refund Scope
V Care Port provides a range of services including, but not limited to, SEO, web development, web design, content management systems, web maintenance, hosting services, and digital marketing. These services are custom-tailored and require time, resources, and third-party dependencies.
As such, refunds are generally limited and reviewed case by case. Due to the digital and service-based nature of our work, full refunds are not always applicable once a project has begun.
2. General Refund Conditions
A refund request may be considered under the following conditions:
- The client cancels the project before work has commenced.
- Payment was made for a service that could not be delivered due to technical or internal limitations on our end.
- Duplicate payments or accidental charges are brought to our attention within a reasonable timeframe (usually within 7 business days).
- The request for a refund is made in writing via email to info@vcareport.com with valid reasoning.
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Services that have been fully or partially delivered as per the agreed project scope.
- Delays caused by missing information, prolonged client feedback, or other dependencies on the client’s end.
- Services that were purchased as part of bundled or discounted packages.
- Any third-party costs (e.g., domain purchases, hosting plans, plugins, premium software, etc.) already incurred on the client’s behalf.
- Situations where work has started but the client decides to cancel mid-process without a legitimate issue from our end.
3. Service-Specific Considerations
SEO and Digital Marketing Services:
These services involve time-bound strategies and third-party platforms. Since performance depends on various external factors (search engine algorithms, competition, ad platforms), no guaranteed results are promised. Refunds are not issued for campaign outcomes that do not meet expectations, but we ensure full transparency on deliverables.
Web Design & Development:
If wireframes, prototypes, or development work has been initiated and approved, refunds may only apply to the remaining unused portion of the service fee. In cases where the project scope was fulfilled as outlined, no refund will be provided.
Hosting and Maintenance:
Hosting and maintenance services are billed monthly or annually. Once activated, they are non-refundable, except in cases of double payment or billing errors, which will be corrected promptly upon verification.
4. Refund Request Procedure
To initiate a refund request:
- Contact us at info@vcareport.com within 7 calendar days of your payment.
- Include the following: full name, date of purchase, service details, and reason for the refund.
- Requests will be acknowledged within 48 hours and reviewed within 5–7 business days.
- If approved, refunds will be processed through the original method of payment within 10 business days.
5. Dispute Resolution
If a dispute arises regarding a payment or service, we encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback or third-party complaint. Most concerns can be resolved through clear communication. If a refund is not approved, we will provide a detailed explanation with available alternatives.

V Care Port reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time, without prior notice. Any updates will be reflected on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the current policy.
